I understand that whether you’re a new agent or someone with years of experience, it can be challenging to know how to approach your daily tasks effectively. That’s why I’m here to share three success questions that I believe every agent should ask themselves each morning.

  1. The first question is a powerful one: “What do I need to do today to add to my pipeline?” This question is all about generating new leads and prospects for future business. By identifying the specific actions required to expand your pipeline, you can prioritise your efforts and ensure a continuous stream of potential clients.
  2. Moving on to the second question: “What do I need to do today to progress my current pipeline?” Here, I want to highlight the significance of nurturing and advancing existing leads. It’s crucial to evaluate the status of your ongoing deals and identify the necessary steps to move them forward. This might involve following up with clients, scheduling appointments, or providing additional information to address their needs.
  3. Finally, we come to the third question: “What do I need to do today to progress a sale?” This question directs your focus towards closing deals that are close to completion. By determining the specific actions needed to finalise a sale, you can allocate your time and energy effectively, leading to a higher success rate in converting prospects into satisfied clients.

It’s important to remember that these three success questions should be asked in the given order. By prioritising pipeline expansion, followed by pipeline progression and sale progress, you can maintain a consistent and thriving business. These questions ensure that you are focusing on the key behaviours that contribute to a healthy and robust real estate career.
