Caroline Balderston with coaching on the go one of my last clips for this calendar year. And you’ve got a couple of weeks left. So the whole focus right now and I want to give you some clarity here is, what should you be focusing on? What do you need to close the loop on in terms of unfinished business for this time of year. And there are six things I’d love to share with you.

00:23
The very first one is your clearance. Of course, whatever you’ve got left, catch up with your vendors have a PDC a Powerful Direct Conversation, give them options, make some decisions. Let’s move those forward and get them cleared.

00:37
Then, of course, we’re going to be looking at updating your 0 to 90 pipeline. Who have you got that’s going to be coming to market Jan, Feb March. Let’s talk to them right now.

00:47
Number three is your A and your AA buyers? Are your lists clear? Are they up to date? Do you know who is still in the market? Can you create more buyers and keep them engaged? We need them right now. With the shift of course.

01:01
Number four is your scheduled tasks. Clear them out? How many overdue Have you got? What business is sitting in there that you might miss in the new year. Let’s get those scheduled tasks all up to date.

01:13
Then number five is going to be your appreciation gifts. For anyone that has done business with you this year, referred to your business, your sphere of influence. Let’s get those gifts out. Christmas cards, token gifts, whatever it is that you are going to do show your appreciation, it’ll come back to you in the new year. Even get your top 20 And get those out.

01:35
And then finally, what are you putting out to your core area? In terms of letterboxing? What message do you want to send for the new year coming? Is it about a new wave of buyers and when they’re most active in the new year? Is it New Year’s Day is a Boxing Day?

Check REA they’ve got reports on this. What do your potential clients want to do about that? Do they want to take advantage of selling when we’re still close to the peak? Is that the message? You work out what makes sense to you you work out what it means that you want to go out to your market and get it in your letterboxes. You need to build your profile you need to be ready to go for the new year.

02:14
So there’s my six step plan there for you. Hopefully even if you just do one, two or three of the six it’s going to put you in the best position possible to have a fantastic 2022.

02:25
Let’s push hard I know we’re all tired, but let’s close that loop and not not miss out.

All right team. I will see you again very soon. Bye for now.
