Drawing inspiration from Kim Scott’s concept of radical candor, we highlight the significance of finding a balance between caring personally for clients and challenging their thinking. I emphasise the value of clear communication and empowering clients to make informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of their options.

As agents, it is our responsibility to translate the current situation and challenges into a series of alternative options for our clients. By presenting these options, we allow them to make choices that align with their best interests, rather than imposing our own agendas.
