It’s only a week out from Christmas! All of my thinking is turning my attention to next year. I’m wondering, what are you going to do differently next year? I was taught by a mentor of mine a while ago that life is nothing but strategies. Everything in life has to have a strategy behind it, if you want to have certain outcomes or success. So, my question to you at this time of year is this… what strategies are not working for you? and
What strategies do you need to put in place to have the year you want to have next year?
You can create whatever you want, have the support, structure and approach you need to have those different results.
Here is a list of strategies that you might want to think about for a successful 2021.
1. What are your strategies around your thinking fitness?
This is all around your mindset – in terms of the beliefs you have running. What are you doing in terms of your assumptive thinking or your unconscious beliefs? What are you doing about your mental energy and how do you get on top of that? What are your strategies for that?
2. What are your strategies for what you are doing?
This is your action set. Your structure or your processes for your proactive prospecting – these will underpin everything and make sure you’re in the position you need to be. What about your proactive conversations? Do you know how many you need to have and how are you ensuring your strategy is right to have enough of those conversations to get you in front of the people you need? What about your 12-month profile building and marketing plan to create brand awareness of you as an agent?
3. What strategies need to change for you around your appraisals and listing appointments?
This is your skill set. What about your skill set around winning the actual business? Where are your strategies falling short for you to win the business opportunities that you get. What strategies have you got in place for your buyers? Have you developed an A and AA buyer lists? What about your strategic meetings with your vendors? What strategies do you have in plan to ensure your campaign management will be on point.
