How certain are you around the proposals you bring to your clients? If you do not believe in the success of the process you want your clients to take then how will your clients believe in it too? In order for your clients to completely trust in your vision you need to confidently share with them what you truly believe. Help answer questions and minimise as much uncertainty as possible in order to build a trusting relationship moving forward.

I wanted to shine a light on the importance of your certainty outweighing your clients’ uncertainty when it comes to the listing opportunity. When you show up at that listing table, what are your beliefs?
How firm are you on your values around what it takes to get the ultimate outcome for your client?
If you are uncertain in any way around what you’re proposing, the client will pick up on that. If their uncertainty is not met, matched or outweighed by your certainty, they’re not going to feel that you aren’t the right way to go.
I wanted to share this with you today so you can take a look at your tone and your conviction. How clear, concise and to the point are you around best strategies and the best process to get the best outcome. What is that feeling like you your client?
Are you certain and sure of what you believe is the right way to go?
You might have a couple of options around the method of sale or the marketing approach. Are you certain and sure about risks and the rewards for both of those options?
This thinking has come off the back of a session with an agent who wasn’t convinced himself and therefore was imparting that feeling across to his clients. This is so important because winning more business is what I want to help you achieve.
