It’s coming up to the end of the year! We have around 4 weeks left before a well deserved break. It’s been a challenging and difficult year for most of us on many different levels. It’s been unexpected and scary, however it has happened. We have got through this year.

My concern today is around the language I’m hearing from agents, which is thinking they can’t wait for this year to be over. They want this year behind them. You have four weeks left.

How do you want these next four weeks to affect your success in 2021?

You could either turn your back on this year and think there is not much more you can do OR you can embrace the next 4 weeks and think differently about it. Think about it as the beginning of your New Year, right now.

You’re thinking controls how you feel about a certain situation. The feelings you have control the actions that you do or don’t take. Get inside your thinking and raise awareness around what language you are using.

Those of you who are familiar with Dr Joe Dispenza, something that he says is

‘Be in the grateful moment of now’

and ask yourself what can I do today? How can you make this week powerful?

It is in your control, you have choice! I want you to make the most of the next four weeks, so challenge your thoughts, challenge your thinking and make the most of the start of this New Year ahead.
