What have you done in the past that worked really well for you? Asking yourself this question is a great reminder of how far you have come from when you started your business. In this ever changing climate there is always something new to learn, however reflecting upon how you achieved your past successes and doing more of what has previously worked may keep you motivated and energised moving forward.

I wanted to turn your attention to what could potentially be happening during this pandemic – many agents are turning their attention to the gaps in their business. Focusing on what they are not doing well and using this time to develop different skills, processes, getting the database cleaned up or sorting their files. While I love taking advantage of a moment in which people have a little bit more time available, the following message may get lost along the way:
Do not let go of the things you are doing well!
I have seen some agents completely revert, taking their eye off the prize and off the things they need to be doing more of – to focus on the things they haven’t been doing much. So my message for you today is this:
- What works really well for you in your business?
- Where have your leads come from?
- Where have your last 20 sales come from?
- What did you do to develop your relationships?
And, do more of that! The whole concept here is to serve more people, more.
Have a look at what you’ve been doing. Is it time, as we embark upon a new month, to look at where you want to be at the end of this month. What can you do more of, that you know works, and stick to that. Keep is basic and simple. Level up because that is where your business comes from.
