Wow! We are almost at the tail end of this year. A lot of the agents I am working with have been struggling with energy and stamina to see this year through. With the uncertainty around whether vendors will either come to the market or hold off until the new year, it can be hard to move forward.
The message I want to share today is that you need to get your break sorted, right now. Whether you will be staying local or interstate travel, I think it is important to have locked into your mind what your dates are and what your break will be. Have something to look forward to.
Have a smile in your mind thinking about your break
It could even be thinking about the time you will be spending with family, friends and your partner. It’s all about know that you have that coming. If you haven’t booked anything in, you may feel that work is a grind. You need to be feeling inspired, motivated and having as much energy to have as many meaningful and impactful conversations as possible over the coming weeks. It is crucial for you to have a phenomenal end to the year. If this is the gentle reminder you need to have those holidays booked in, get something lined up, so you can push hard. Use that reminder everyday as your motivation and internal inspiration to keep you going.
