It’s really important at this time that every agent is engaging the fundamental behaviours that will drive your campaign clearance. This will include these two steps:
No.1 Reinstate Your Pre-Campaign Meetings
Over the past 6-12 months, in most states in Australia, properties have been selling. Client’s expectations haven’t really needed to be taken care of. Properties have been selling quite easily. Team, this can shift and I want you ready. From today forward, every new listing that you sign up, please book in your pre-campaign meeting. In this meeting you should be running through what the expectations should be from Wk 1 to 4, in the lead up to the auction. Get clear on what each week needs to look like, and be open and transparent to your client about that.
No.2 Reinstate Your Weekly Progress Meetings
If you have dropped off on your weekly progress report meetings, its time to get them back into play as well. Your written reports are critical and emailing these across is ok, however, if you want to connect better with your clients you need to be having your face-to-face weekly progress meetings.
You are going to need these two most important, fundamental key behaviour meetings to drive campaign clearance, as the market shifts. Team, take a look at what you are doing now, sign those agreements and book in those meetings.
