It’s 2020 and this is my first Coaching on the Go video for the year. There’ll be plenty more coming but today’s focus is important on looking at your 2020 plan. Where are you headed this year? And not only this year, this decade.
What does your future self look like?
I’ve just run a kick-off event this morning for a group looking at who they want to be in 2030. Have you thought about that? What do you want your next 10 years to look like? What do you need to do to get there? It prompted me to focus this Coaching on the Go on the importance of your plan. I know coaches talk about it. We hear about it year after year. My question to you is, have you got your plan? If you haven’t, it’s time to get your plan in place. Without your plan you don’t know how to get to where you want to go. It’s as simple as that. I know it can be really hard writing goals and knowing how to write effective goals. So I’ve decided to share my downloadable 2020 Success Plan booklet. I’m running through the booklet with a few of my one-on-one clients and I wanted to share it to help you all to get your plan together.

It’s easy for you to complete so I really encourage you to set the time aside. We’ve got a long weekend coming up this weekend. So it makes sense that by the time you get into work and into your business on Tuesday after the long weekend, you need your plan to be locked and loaded. A place to start might be to focus on two or three critical things that you know you didn’t master in 2019 and you want to master them in 2020. The Success Plan booklet will help you with that.
