From there you will embark upon a pathway for skill development to increase conversions across prospecting, listing and selling.

Private coaching is available to all sales agents and any level of experience. Explore the options to find the best fit for you. Private coaching sessions can be held both digitally and in-person, depending on your location.

Individual Agent
Sessions are 1:1 with a single agent throughout the coaching timeframe

Small Agent Team
Each session can include multiple agents within the one team, up to three agents in total

Large Agent Team
Each session can include multiple agents within the one team, up to five agents in total

Coaching for Sales Teams

Team coaching will help to clarify your team’s values, what they stand for and what impact they make in the market, when used effectively. 1 x Monthly group session, plus 1:1 sessions for up to 5 agents (including assistants/associates) 

Large Teams Coaching
1 x Monthly group session, plus 1:1 sessions for up to 10 agents (including assistants/associates)

Coaching for Leaders

Leadership can be challenging and difficult to master. Leadership coaching is designed to make your team more effective, whilst improving your working environment, so you can focus your time on what really matters. Leadership coaching is for principals and lead agents who are looking to identify their teams values and culture, develop a functional team and drive retention. 

Gain clarity around your team’s processes, structure, define team roles based on individual personality types and create development and growth pathways for individual success. Caroline will focus on your success as a leader providing greater direction, clarity of team standards and mentorship for team members develop and performance.

Principal Leaders
program of twelve x 1:1 private coaching sessions over a 6 month period to look at leadership across the entire business as well as selling Principals personal Sales team.
