Depending on when you came back from your break, you’ve either been back at work for 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks. My question is this…

How are you tracking with what you wanted to achieve by this stage, back at the start of the year?

With my 1-1 coaching clients I can already see that the things that they wanted to achieve are falling far behind – the habits they wanted to embed by this stage in their business plan for the year, the goals, vision and mission  I am sensing that agents are thinking that it is already too hard and saying they will have to let go of a particular goal. They are giving up on what they wanted, already.

Is it going to be better for you to strip away some of those bigger goals, in terms of where you are focusing, and what would it be like if you decided to just embed one habit a month? If you could embed one strong, resourceful and supportive habit over the next 11 months, what would that mean for your 12 month plan?

If you were to start this month, what habit would make the biggest difference to where you want to be and how you’re currently performing?
