This Coaching On The Go is all about needing good news and having something to look forward to. Something you can plan for, find purpose and action. It looks like we will be through the worst of this lockdown period and the conditions that have affected NSW and many other states within the next 5 weeks.
So, what is the good news?
Firstly, that in itself is good news, however, there is another side to this.
If you have pipeline sellers, short, medium or long term, now would be the time to call them with this good news.
You need to find out if you are talking to owners who want to be sold before Christmas. You need to be getting in front of these vendors and start getting them ready for when things start opening back up in 5 weeks.
This should be the topic of all your conversations with your pipeline right now, to get out of today and get into the future.
Pose the question:
If you could be sold before Christmas, what would that mean for you?
Then follow up with the timeframes. For example, if they come to market by the mid-end of October, they should be sold by mid-end of November, so by December they will be free and relaxed, have a great Christmas, settle into the New Year and get on with their plans.
That is the conversation you should be having with every prospect and your pipeline sellers. Share the good news!
