I wanted to share with you today what I believe are the five pillars that will drive your performance and your productivity in 2020.
Plan
You need to be really clear and have your plan.
Program
You need to know what your program is, what you’re doing each day, each week and then hit repeat.
People
You also need to understand the people that you should be spending time with. Who are your strategic key parties of interest and deserve your focus and attention?
Process
The fourth pillar is understanding the process that you are going to utilise in order to keep engaged with your key people. How do you nurture them and what the relevant, timely communication should be.
Profile
The final and fifth pillar is knowing your profile building. How do you get your profile built in your core areas so that people actually know who you are.
If you don’t have those five pillars and the structure and clarity around them embedded into your business, then I would suggest that you take a serious look at each one of those right now. Work out where the gaps might be and what you need to do to make change to it.
